For six years Jim Malcolm was the singer for Scottish traditional band "Old Blind Dogs," recording three albums with them during his tenure.  He earned international recognition while touring the globe with the band, but as a solo artist is where Jim really shines.

He has a broad repertoire of traditional and original songs and accompanies himself on both guitar and harmonica.  His most recent two albums, "Acquaintance" and "Tom O'Shanter and Other Tales" are collections of his interpretations of Robert Burns songs and poetry.  Jim has been the recipient of many songwriting awards and is often invited to teach songwriting at festivals and music camps.
